Too Much Company

It has been bothering me all day that I have had a lot of company on my correction call. That does not mean that we won't have one. We just might have to convince a few people that we are going higher first.

So you would feel better if we all disagreed with you. I think the mkt is going to 2000.

Okay, I'm ready for the mkt to start dropping tomorrow.

EVERYONE, even the bulls, thinks that the market is heading at least 5% from here. Some think we've seen the high for the rest of the year. Neverending stimulus and low rates can push this market another 25% higher. Mark my words. Ultimately, I do think the S&P will re-test 800s, but that can be years from now.

I wasn't referring to the people on this board. Almost every blog I have read, financial website and every piece of research that was emailed to me.

I am still in the correction camp and I suspect todays action will go a long way to make the trade less crowded.

I agree, psychology doesn't favor the bears for a very sharp selloff, as for a correction, I think it can happen despite people looking for it. It just won't last long before the market rebounds.

As for the price action, its telling me that things are topping, above average volume and getting nowhere, I think we've seen the top. Just a matter of when we drop.
